Banquet Hall Details
Guarantees
Final confirmation of guests is required 14 days prior to the event. This number will be considered final and subsequent changes will be made accordingly. Otherwise, the initial number of guests will be considered the final guest count and will be charged accordingly.
Service Charges
Beverage services and other services are subject to applicable state taxes and a 20% service charge.
Deposits
A non-refundable event deposit in the amount of 50% of the total hall rental and event fees is required to reserve your event date. In addition, a setup/breakdown and cleaning fee of $260 and a refundable $200 damage deposit will be required as well.
Payments
All final payments are due thirty (30) calendar days before the event.
Catering
Renters may use the catering of their choice. All caterers are asked to comply with facility rules and provide necessary documentation. Kitchen may only be used for holding and warming purposes.
Event Setup
Clients will be given ample time for decorations and third-party vendors to set up. Please make arrangements with the hall staff to set up a time to get into the venue on your event date.
Security
Security may be required at the discretion of the hall or renter. Security will be on duty for the duration of the event.
Your proposal will include all necessary staff members to ensure that you are able to enjoy your event.
Service fees are not inclusive of gratuity. Any gratuity you wish to give our event staff is very much appreciated, but is left to your discretion.
Vendors
L’Ambiance welcomes outside vendors such as photographers, videographers, wedding planners, decorators, bands, and disc jockeys. Vendors are responsible for the setup and cleanup of their equipment.
